Evidence-bounded public research that separates observations, estimates, forecasts, projections, and what remains unknown.
These Research Notes apply Buteon's reading discipline to public evidence. They are not records of live Buteon monitoring, contemporaneous signals, or positions held by Buteon.
Four reviewed notes, newest first, each built around an explicit evidence boundary.

Original reports, datasets, filings, and official instructions carry the factual load.
Survey, actual, estimate, forecast, and projection are not interchangeable labels.
Self-disclosure, inference, and regulator-verified facts are labeled separately.
